Women in Software Fellowship
A fellowship that pairs you with a senior engineer and ends with a feature you can show, not a certificate alone.
Fellows spend a summer on a scoped product problem inside a client or internal tool. You get a mentor, a stipend, and a public case note if the client agrees.
The point is a portfolio piece with constraints, reviews, and a user. Apply with something you have made and a note on what you want to be trusted with next.
